Return and Refund Policy

As a safety measure, we have suspended returns and exchanges on all MIRA Safety & Ready Hour products, for these items all sales are final.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit or refund.
All returned products must be new, unused, and in original packaging.
Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
If an item is defective or if we made an error please contact us for return guidance at phil.archuletta@undergroundpreppers.com
Upon receipt of the returned items, Underground Preppers will credit your original method of payment for the products purchased.
